Travel Fee: Travel is charged 60p per Mile from my house in St.Ives, Cornwall to your getting ready address. This will be calculated at the time of your enquiry. From time to time i may need accommodation depending on the time of your ceremony and travel to your location. This will be added at the time of your quotation. There will be an additional fee if i need to leave my house before 6am on the day of your wedding. This will be £25.

Maximum numbers: The maximum number of services i can provide on the day for both hair and makeup, is 4. If you require more services I will need to ask a second stylist to help assist on the day however this would be billed separate to my fees and contract. Any guests that have not been added to a month before your wedding will not be able to have hair/makeup done. All timings for your day are meticulously worked out and adding people in last minute can make me and you very late.

Hair: I am a Wedding Hair stylist not a hair dresser any colour alterations, cuts and blow-dries need to be done before the day. Please make sure your hair is fully dry before your trial and your Wedding day! I do not accept only Hair services for your wedding.

Trials: Trials will be held in my studio space in St.Ives. All clients are entitled to a trial appointment to discuss and finalise their wedding day hair and makeup. Failure to attend the trial appointment without prior notice may result in cancellation of services without a deposit refund. There will be an extra fee of £50 if you request a weekend day from April - October. All available weekends are prioritised for wedding days.

Communication: It is essential for clients to maintain open communication throughout the planning process. In the event of non-responsiveness to messages despite multiple attempts at contact, the wedding date reservation will be released.

Securing your date: To secure your date with me I require a non-refundable booking fee, deducted from the final balance.. This will secure your booking with me. The full balance is required no later than a month before your wedding day. In the very unlikely event you have to cancel your wedding, you will forfeit the booking fee. If your final payment is not recieved a month before your wedding i have the right to cancle all money recieved up until this point will not be refunded.

Cancellations: In the unlikely event of a cancellation you will not be given your booking refund or any other payments made upto this date. In the unlikely event that i am unable to make your wedding day, (Severe illness or medical/personal emergency) I will aim to find you a replacement someone that is known to me and I would recommend.
